The Scenario:
It’s 1964. Your team has been wrongfully accused of a crime and thrown in jail. Sentencing is in one hour! The Objective: Bust out! Calibrate with team members to escape prosecution. Clues to bust out are abundant, but cooperation, partnerships, coordination, and symbiosis are needed for team success. And the clock is ticking!
The Decompress:
Concluding each escape room experience, a debrief is facilitated by the BustOut delivery team, but led by your team, in a conference room environment of your choice. Topics include how this unique experience relates to challenges we face in business everyday, team dynamics, engagement, communications, situational leadership, and more!
The Set Up:
We’re mobile and come to you! BustOut’s 18 wheel tractor trailer will station near you and your team. Ideal group size for each event is 6-8 participants. Larger groups will be divided according to team goals to maximize the escape room’s benefits. Timing: Allow 2 hours for each event, including stationing, setup, escape room, and decompress. Teams-in-waiting may participate in other BustOut Micro-learning events before and after the escape room.
