The game of Craps is remarkably similar to best business practices: Maximize gains, reduce losses, and contribute to the success of others. The CRAPS workshop was designed to integrate the rules of the most dynamic casino game on earth with what we experience every day in business. CRAPS introduces us to the game’s particulars, and how a roll of the dice is not unlike navigating the complexities of a strategic business. The game is not rigged, not if we know the rules. Phase 1:

Each team will learn the rules of Craps: The best bets, the sucker bets, odds, and dice management. And then we play Craps, to ensure everyone is maximizing gains, reducing losses, helping others, and having fun.

Phase 2:

Team discussion takes over about the Craps world and the business world. We dive deep into team dynamics, risk, strategy, and knowing when to walk away from a bad deal. Analogies of life, business, and pleasure run deep in the most exciting casino game on earth.
