Overview

Have you ever thought about the parallels between team-based Escape Room puzzles where you’re under a time limit and real world work situations with strict deadlines? You'll be shocked by how similar they truly are. These events are meant to make you think outside the box as a team, and utilize individual strengths.

Teams may seem unified on the surface, but you won't fully understand how cohesive your team is without data. In these events we take you through a fun, structured, and thorough set of events intended to unlock the highest performance in your team.

By taking your team out of the ordinary, you’ll be able to observe how they function in different situations. This data is then compared to the overall workflow of the team and analyzed. We ask questions such as if the training modules are there to ensure proper functionality or if the team gets together outside of work. These are important questions and we look closely at them to maximize efficiency within the workplace.

What you experience with these team building events:

  • A pre-team briefing to go over the goals and key points
  • An assessment of each member with the intent on collecting pre-event data
  • A unique and fun experience you will never forget
  • A post-event assessment

With both the pre-event and post-event assessments, you will be able to fully understand how everyone works together. This will allow you to set goals and create partnerships in a way that will lead to greater success!

"The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team." --Phil Jackson
